During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may also be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if applicable. Please note that the processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.

Life Becomes Art partners with reputable and reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The specific carrier and shipping method used for your order will depend on factors such as the size, weight, and destination of your package. Available shipping methods may include:

Standard Shipping: Our most common and economical option, typically delivered within 3-7 business days after shipment within the contiguous United States. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and other non-contiguous territories may be longer.

Expedited Shipping: For customers who require their items sooner, we may offer expedited shipping options such as 2-day or overnight delivery. Please note that expedited shipping applies to the transit time only and does not shorten the processing time. Availability and cost of expedited shipping will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including the weight and dimensions of your package, the destination address, and the selected shipping method. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Please refer to the list of available countries during the checkout process. We are continuously working to expand our international shipping capabilities. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain shipping methods or for oversized items.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (if the chosen shipping method provides tracking). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.  

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

While we take great care in packaging your items securely, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to lost or damaged shipments. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately (within 7 days of receipt for damaged items). Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographic evidence of damage to the packaging and the item(s).

We will work with the shipping carrier to initiate a claim and will strive to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement, a refund, or other appropriate measures, depending on the circumstances and the availability of the item.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Life Becomes Art is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes, and you may be responsible for additional fees associated with rerouting or reshipping the package.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
